1. What is your exchange policy?

    All sales are final. Your purchase is an agreement to this policy. Photos, videos, private shopping and Show and Tail showroom      enable our clients to understand what you are purchasing. Our collection includes the finest quality hair, in the very unlikely            event that there is an issue with your order, we will offer a credit that will only be applied to an exchange. The following                conditions must apply for a credit to be used as an exchange including:

  1. All exchanges must be completed within 7 days after you receive your package

  2. All items must be in the original packaging, unopened, unused.

  3. All items must not be undamaged nor tampered with in any way

2. How do I initiate an exchange?

    To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@kaloshaircollection.com and we will gladly assist you further with instructions        on how to return your package. Once your purchase has been mailed, your purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. What if I have opened or installed the hair?

    No exchanges will be issued for opened or damaged items. For hygienic reasons, we will not exchange any opened items. 

4. Do I have to pay for shipping of my return?

    Yes, clients are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a traceoption as        we can not take responsibility for lost returns. 

5. Will I receive a refund if I do not receive my package containing Kalos Hair?

    It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address and information is provided at the time of placing an          order. Kalos Hair will provide the tracking number for all orders for our and your records. 

6. How long does preparation and shipping take?

    All orders ship either on Tuesday or Thursday. Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped on one of these two days      and depends on your location. Preparation typically takes 24 to 48 hours. 

7. Can I recieve the hair before paying in full?

    Payment must be made in full including shipping costs, before any collection piece will be shipped or handed over. Shipping        costs and import tax costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. No credit or partial payments are accepted. Quotes and        invoices expire after seven business days. Our eloc hair collection consist of appreciating assets, so costs are subject to change      after expired quotes and invoices.

8. What currency does eloc hair accept?

    Payment is only accepted in USD. We accept payment through Wise which allows clients to convert from their local currency to      USD. Please contact us at info@elochair.com for our Wise details. 

9. Do I receive any compensation for shipping delays?

    We at eloc hair have partnered with FedEx, UPS and DHL to offer our clients their preference of shipment carrier. We at eloc          hair are not responsible for postal delays or merchandise lost by the postal service. We will always provide our clients a traking      number once a shipping label is created prior to handing over to the shipment carrier. Once a purchase has been handed over      to the shipment carrier, your purchase cannot be cancelled and no refunds are issued.

10. What if my eloc hair selection arrives with a fragrence?

      We at eloc hair hold our suppliers to a high standard of cleaning bundles and tails. At eloc hair, we carefully inspect every            hair piece in our collection and will apply paraban-free annd sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner to maintain the moisture            and cleanliness. Our eloc hair collection is not processed in factories and not altered by excessive heat or chemicals. We do        our ultimate best to relay information regarding each hair piece and make every attempt to avoid misinformation. 

11. What payments do you offer to your clients?

    We at eloc hair have partnered with payment providers such as Klarna and Wise. Klarna is a payment system that offers our          clients payment flexibility options. Wise is our preferred payment provider for international and large orders. Additionally, eloc        hair  Hair credit and debit card methods, such as Visa, Mastercard, Apple and Android Pay. We offer our clients quotes,              invoices and secure payment URLs in addition to paying through our online store.
